John and Natasha

Natasha has to be the most fun loving and happy bride I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  I thoroughly enjoyed getting to meet her and be a part of her special day.  This beautiful May wedding took place at the Greenbranch and, once again, the weather was picture perfect even after having some rainy and cool weather beforehand.  The actual ceremony weather could not have been more gorgeous!

One interesting aspect of this wedding was that the bride chose New York based, Pulitzer Prize winning, photojournalism-style photographer, Kelley Guenther as her photographer.  Attending this wedding was her first time to ever step foot in Texas!  I'm so glad we got to show off our spectacular land and great weather for her and her assistant.

Another unique part of the wedding was that the guests were transported from the hotel on a commercial bus.  This was great for after the reception, but the bus arrived late for the ceremony, so we did not begin on time.

An unfortunate event occurred when one of the groomsman accidentally consumed almonds in the meal that caused him to have an allergic reaction which led to a short trip to the hospital.  The security guards handled that so well by calling 911 and requesting that the emergency personnel turn off the ambulance lights and sirens upon arrival.  Most of the guests and the bride and groom did not know this had happened at all and the festivities went on without interruption.  I'm sure that is quite a memory for that groomsman!  He was fine after a few hours, but having a guest be taken to the hospital during one of my weddings is a first for me!

Epicures catered a delicious, plated meal and they were very professional and formal, just as the bride and groom ordered.  Entertainment was provided by Rob with Livewire Productions and tables were beautifully covered with linens from Partytime Rentals.  The cake was a delicious creation by Ciana Neubauer and the bride and groom left their reception in a limousine from Aggieland Limousine.   Enjoy the pictures!
